Virginia Catherine Davis, 94, of Keyser, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023. Virginia was born in Rawlings, MD on August 10,1929 and was a lifelong resident of the surrounding areas. She is preceded in death by: her mother Texia Eversole, step father Raymond Eversole, brother Roger Eversole, husband Paul D. Davis and son-in-law Rick DiManno.
She is survived by her daughter Kathryn Renee Davis-DiManno, Rodanthe, NC, Her grandson Rick DiManno and wife Greta Minnis-DiManno and two precious great-granddaughters Charlotte and Fiona of Columbus, OH. Nephews Scott and Michael Eversole of Keyser, WV and sister-in-law Connie Eversole of Rawlings, MD.
Niece, Karen Horton of Oak Island, NC. Nephew, Glen Davis and wife Kim of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jeff Davis of Newnan, GA.
Virginia was lovingly cared for in the past few years by Charles Mongold who she thought of as a son. The family is forever grateful for the joy and laughter he brought into her life and ours.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec.15, 2023, at Markwood Funeral Home Keyser, WV, from 11 a.m. to Noon. Funeral services immediately following the Visitation, at Noon. Interment: Waxler Cemetery Rawlings, MD.
