    "Troy Paugh (1962 - 2025). It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Troy Paugh went home to be with the Lord on August 7th, 2025.

      Born on September 8th, 1962 at Bremerhaven Army Hospital in Germany, he was the son of the late Eddie Mack and Janice (Fisher) Paugh. He was also preceded in death by his uncles, Hider “Bud” Paugh and wife Edna (Adams) Paugh, James Fisher; aunts, Violet Guerrieri, Betty and husband Peter Hartman and cousins, Danny Paugh, David Paugh, and Brian Fisher.

     Troy loved many things in life, including camping, fishing, and anything that meant he could spend time in the woods or in nature. He enjoyed speaking to others about things he was passionate about, especially sharing the gospel, he used to say “I’ve never met a stranger”. Troy worked as a laborer in various industries over the years, as well as in construction, finishing concrete but, the profession he adored most was over the road truck driving.
     Surviving are his brother James Paugh and wife Patricia; his daughter, Bethany and husband Jarrett Baumgartner; two sons, Zachary Paugh, Jonathon Paugh and wife Sharonda. He was a proud “Paw Paw” to his grandchildren, Annabella Wilson, Faith Baumgartner, Moxley Paugh and Luke Baumgartner.
      He is also survived by a nephew, Aaron Paugh; a niece, Elizabeth (Paugh) and husband Jonah Hertz;  aunt Linda Fisher and cousins, Daniel Stokes, Jamie Paugh, John Hefner, Jeannette Perras, Jenise Jackson, Bonnie Hefner, Kevin Fisher and Teresa Fisher.
     Friends and family will be received at Markwood Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 13th from 11am to 1pm for the viewing with the service to follow at 1pm."
