Steven A. Long

    KEYSER, WV – Steven A. Long, 54, of Keyser, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Keyser Healthcare Center.

     Born on February 8, 1971 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of the late Howard Steven “Steve” Long and Janet Lynn (Huffman) Reeves. He is also preceded in death by his step-father, Robert Reeves and brothers, Jeff Scott Long, Daniel Long Reeves and infant brother, Robert Lynn Reeves. 

     Steven will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

     Surviving are his brothers, Robbie Reeves and wife Iva, Matthew Reeves, Robert Reeves and wife Ashley and Joseph Reeves; uncles, Danny Long and wife Judy, Myron Long and wife Lesia and Michael Long and his aunts, Pearl Mason and husband Paul and Deborah Long; his niece and nephews, Destiny Dowden and Dillyn and Derrick Reeves.

     In keeping family wishes his body will be cremated and there will be no formal services. Inurnment was held in Bethel Cemetery at Holly Meadows.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to the Markwood Funeral Home, Inc.
