Stanley Roy Kisamore, 76, of Keyser, WV, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026. Born on May 15, 1949, in Elkins, West Virginia, Stanley was the son of the late Melvin Kisamore and Vivetta Reed Liller.
Stanley spent his career as a crane operator with Mineral Fabrication, where his dedication and hard work were evident to all who knew him. A fun-loving and hardworking individual, Stanley was deeply committed to his family and cherished the time he spent with them.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Darlene S. Robinette Kisamore; his children: Nathan Kisamore and wife Lisa, Natasha Riggleman, and Brandon Kisamore and wife Paula. Known lovingly as “Pappy Stan,” he cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren and especially loved taking them hunting and fishing. Whether in the woods or by the water, he found great joy in sharing his love of the outdoors, creating memories and traditions that his family will treasure forever. Stanley was a proud grandfather to Easton Kisamore, Kylie Henderson, Dalila Riggleman, Hunter Kisamore, and Lucas Kisamore, as well his great-grandchildren Elsie Twigg and Kelsie Twigg. He is also survived by his siblings: Lorena Liller, Latrella Small, Loretta Phillips, Rex Liller, and Kenny Kisamore.
In addition to his parents, Stanley was predeceased by two brothers: Dale Liller and Rodney Liller; as well as a sister, Lilly Ruth Adkins.
Stanley's legacy of love and dedication will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing. Family will be receiving friends Monday, May 11, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on May 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM with Steve Robinette officiating at Markwood Funeral Home 111 S. Mineral St. Keyser, West Virginia. Interment will follow at Potomac Memorial Garden, Keyser, West Virginia.
