     KEYSER, WV –Stacey Pearl Ward, age 50, of Keyser, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023.

    Stacey was born on June 24, 1972, she was the daughter of the late Stephen K. Ward and Deborah A. Ward. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Angie Ward.

     After graduating from Keyser High School in 1990, she went on to mother and raise two children, Michael and Ethan. Once her children were born, she dedicated her life to be a fantastic and wonderful mother. Stacey excelled at propping up and supporting family, friends and anyone who was lucky enough to come across her path through their many passions and difficulties faced in life. She was as passionate and caring as a human being can be and the world will miss her warmth and kindness. We will all miss her greatly.

     Stacey is survived by her sons, Michael E. Smith and Ethan J. Morton; granddaughter, Elsie Morton; nieces, Alexis Davis (Ward) and Ryan Ann Beall; nephew, Iden Blizzard; grandnephew, Zamar Ward and grandniece, Audrey Davis.

     There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Keyser VFW, 179 Armstrong Street, Keyser at 5:00pm.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser.
