Ruby Bell Kline Allison
Mt. Storm, WV - Ruby K. (Bell) Kline Allison, 94, of Mt. Storm, died on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Garrett County Medical Center in Oakland, MD.
Born on September 17, 1927 in Moore, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Porter and Lura (Knapp) Bell. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph H. Kline and Blucher F. Allison, Jr. and her sister Opal Bailey.
Ruby attended Potomac State College and was a Co - founder of K&A Campground at Mt. Storm Lake, former manager of H&R Block Tax office in Oakland and former Secretary for Laurel Run Mining Company. She was a member of the Mt. Storm United Methodist Church, Petersburg Chapter 146 O.E.S., Past Worthy Matron of Davis Chapter #43, Mt. Storm VFW Auxiliary, Daughters of the American Revolution and served on the Grant County Committee of Aging.
Surviving are her three children, David Kline and wife Linda of Mt. Storm, Linda Robyn Evans and husband Bernard of Elk Garden, WV and Stephen H. Kline and partner Perry H. Young of Sarasota, FL and her two grandchildren, B. Lee Evans, Jr. and wife Christy and Stacie R. Evans. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Brooke, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Samantha and Jacob.
Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 3:00 – 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 1:00pm with Reverend Becky Bennett officiating. Interment will follow the services in Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, WV.
