Robert Earl “Goose” Holloway, Sr.

     Keyser, WV - Robert Earl “Goose” Holloway, Sr., 80, of Keyser, died on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center.

     Born on November 11, 1941 in Keyser, he was the son of the Late Ira Cecil Holloway and Dora Alice (Conrad) Durst. He is also preceded in death by two wives, Maybelle (Haines) Holloway and Patricia Ann (Duckworth) Holloway; daughter, Jackie Sciranko; stepdaughters, Lisa Glass and Tina Lynn Kyle and two grandchildren, Robbie Sciranko and Tiffany Weyant Fink.

     Goose was a retired Truck Driver and a social member of the VFW Nancy Hanks Post #3518, Keyser. He was protestant by faith and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

     Surviving are his children, Robert “Bobby” Holloway, Jr. and wife Michele of Bedford, PA, Sheryl “Sam” (Glass) Weyant and husband “Woody” of Bedford, PA, Michele Groft and husband Eric of Spring Grove, PA and Becky Eagleson and husband Justin of Pine Grove, PA; brother, Charles C. Holloway; sisters, Betty L. Mills and husband Roy E. “Buzz”  and Bonnie J. Miner; grandchildren, Renee Livingston, Christine Boyer and wife Jamie, Joshua Weyant, Megan Fitzgerald and husband Robbie, Courtney Eagleson, Dayann Holloway, Hailey Hildebrand and Chase Holloway; his step-grandchildren, Patti Davis and husband Tim, Josh Duckworth, Autumn Kyle and Jacob Kyle; great-grandchildren, Bailey McGill, Natalie Fitzgerald, Courtney Davis and Ethan Davis and great grandchildren Harper, Levi and Luke Boyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

     The family will receive friends on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Markwood Funeral Home from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 6:00 – 8:00pm.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the funeral home at 11:00am with Reverend Robert M. Carter officiating. Interment will be held in Ebenezer Cemetery Romney, WV.
