Patricia Anne (Tepper) Messenger

     KEYSER, WV - Patricia Anne (Tepper) Messenger, 89, of Keyser, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Hampshire Memorial Hospital, Romney.
     Born on October 22, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Francesca (Hanna) Tepper. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Lyle Messenger.
     Patricia graduated from Allegany High School, Class of 1952 and attended Potomac State and went on to graduate from the Catherman’s Business School in Cumberland, MD.  She was a retired Secretary for Marquis Company. She was a member and former president of the Alpha Gamma chapter of ESA International. 
     Left to cherish in her memory are  her children,  Karen Bowman and husband Rick and Steven Capaldi and wife Bennadette; grandchildren, Kevin Bowman, Brittny Bowman, Katherine Capaldi and Cole Capaldi and her great-granddaughters, McKenna, Madison and Kaylee. 
     Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00pm with Reverend Lauren A. Godwin officiating.  Interment will be held in Potomac Memorial Gardens.
