     KEYSER, WV - Nellie Lynn Evans, 95, of Keyser, died on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Stonerise Keyser Nursing.

    Born on September 22, 1925 in Terra Alta, WV, she was a daughter of the late Frank B. Gano and Cora L. [Rawlings] Gano.  She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Ila Bracht, Norma Blaker, Minnie Hanlin and Ada Gano.  Also a nephew, Richard Hanlin.

    She is survived by her daughters, Linda L. Burdock of Keyser, Carol M. Baker-Yeckel of New Creek and Jennifer L. Harrison of Rawlings; four nieces, two nephews and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by a very good family friend, Wilda Parrish.

    Nellie was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses and a devoted mother.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. 

    Memorial services will be held by Jehovah's Witnesses congregation of McCoole, MD on zoom at a later announced date.  All guests will be notified.

    Private interment will in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Elk Garden, WV.
