Nancy Lee (Mullan) Blamer
KEYSER, WV – Nancy Lee (Mullan) Blamer, 93, was welcomed into the arms of her savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 22, 2022.
Born on August 6, 1928 in Piedmont, WV she was a daughter of the late Edward and Priscilla (Harvey) Mullan. Nancy’s second mother, who she also dearly loved was the late Katherine (Shoemaker) Mullan. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her first husband, John A. Donnelly in February 1985 and her second husband, Charles “Charlie” Blamer, Jr. in March 2013; her children, Linda (Spiker), Patrick “Pat”, Timothy “Timmy” and Johnny Donnelly; her sisters, Maxine, Betty and Jean and their husbands and her son-in-law, Robert Spiker.
Nancy was a graduate of Piedmont High School. She loved Grace United Methodist Church, her Pastor Lauren and her church family. She was a former member of El Fidel Dance Club.
Surviving are her step-son, Fred Blamer and wife Brenda of Brunswick, MD; her beloved brother, Ed Mullan and wife Lynn of Barton, MD, a special sister-in-law, Virginia Shank of Keyser and her family. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in honor of Nancy Lee (Mullan) Blamer to Grace United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 40, Keyser, WV 26726.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the Grace United Methodist Church from 11:00am – 1:00pm. A Funeral Service will follow the visitation at the church at 1:00pm with the Reverend Lauren A. Godwin officiating. Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens.
