Michael Fitzgerald
Falling Waters, WV- Michael Fitzgerald, 76, a resident of Falling Waters, WV passed away on August 30, 2023 at Doey’s House (Hospice of Washington County), Hagerstown, MD.
He was born on December 4, 1946 in Keyser, WV, he was the son of Francis “Frank” and Marie Fitzgerald. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his sister, Dolores (Fitzgerald) Knight and his brother, Martin Fitzgerald.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Fitzgerald; his daughter, Casey (Fitzgerald) Mangold and husband David of Bel Air, MD and granddaughters, Sydney, Allison and Sarah. Also survived by his step children, Jason Allen, Ryan Allen and Amy Love and grandchildren Joey, Dylan, Noah, Owen, Lucas and Aurora.
He is survived by a loving sister, Maureen Marsh and sister-in-law Mickey Fitzgerald as well as many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 76 North Davis Street, Keyser, WV on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 1:00pm with Reverend Sally Bartling officiating. Inurnment will be held in Queens Point Cemetery, Keyser.
