Krista Kay Taylor
KEYSER, WV – Krista Kay Taylor, 78, of Keyser, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
Born on July 25, 1944, in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Katherine (Baker) Burgess.
Krista was a devoted homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She graduated from St. Joseph High School in Martinsburg, WV and attended the Catherman’s Business School in Hagerstown. She was a faithful member of the Church of the Assumption, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter #191.
Left to cherish Krista memory are her loving husband Joseph A. “Tony” Taylor; her four daughters, Sherry Ann Macknight and husband Donald, Cathy Ann Sentnor, Stefanie Sanders and late husband Michael and Debra K. Taylor; her brother, Clinton Charron and her grandchildren, Laura T. Stringfellow, Brandon M. Taylor, Alex R. Sentnor, Claire T. Macknight, Hannah L. Macknight, Meagan T. Boggess and Pippa A. Dolechek. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Imani T. Stringfellow and Nya E. Stringfellow.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Assumption on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 11:00am with the Father Thomas Sebastian, CST as celebrant. Friends will be received one hour prior to services. Inurnment will be held in St Thomas Columbarium, Keyser.
