Holmes Lyle “Dutch” Wilkins
KEYSER, WV – Holmes Lyle “Dutch” Wilkins, 83, of Keyser, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at his residence.
Born on January 7, 1941 in Keyser, he was the son of the late Kermit and Wilma (Harvey) Wilkins. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Milton Wilkins and sisters, Delores Wilkins and Imogene Wilkins.
Dutch graduated from Fort Hill High School and retired from CSX Railroad as an Engineer. He was an avid ham operator, N8VAB, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Surviving are his loving wife, Cynthia Ann (Campbell) Wilkins; sons, Kenneth L. Wilkins and David M. Wilkins and wife Stacie; granddaughter, Katelyn Wilkins and his grand-fur buddy “Denver”.

An announced Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
