Edward William McKenzie Jr., 68, of Keyser, West Virginia, passed away on April 22, 2026 at UPMC in Cumberland, Maryland. Born on June 26, 1957, in Glenn Burnie, Maryland. Edward was the son of the late Edward W. McKenzie Sr. and Louis Lark McKenzie.
Edward retired as a Jack Operator with Pilgrim’s Pride, dedicating his career to hard work and perseverance. Outside of his professional life, he was an avid hunter and fisherman who found joy and solace in the great outdoors.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda K. Kimble McKenzie; his son, Nathan W. McKenzie; and his cherished granddaughter, Kendyl Smith. He is also remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews. Edward was predeceased by his parents, as well as his sister Ellen Boyld and brother Donald McKenzie.
A celebration of Edward's life will be at 6605 Fort Asby Rd. Keyser, WV on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Covered dish so bring a dish if you wish.
