Doris Jeanne Warnick

     KEYSER, WV – Doris Jeanne Warnick, 95, of Keyser, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at her residence. 

     Born on March 21, 1928 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Clyde A. and Iantha V. (Smith) Cook. She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Walter Paul Warnick, Jr.; her son, Stephen Paul Warnick and her two brothers, Guy Osbourne Cook and Richard Lee Cook.

     Jeanne retired from Style Shop as a Sales Clerk. She was a Methodist by faith and a member of the Red Hat Society. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. 

     Surviving are her daughter, Nancy A. Smith; grandchildren, Derek Smith and wife Mya, Brian Smith and wife Tonya, Adam Smith and wife Dana, Stephanie Schweiger and husband Robert and Jessica Warnick and her great-grandchildren, Kai, Barrett, Isabella, Gabrielle and Violet Smith and, Alyssa and Brooke Schweiger.

     A private family Celebration of Life and Committal service will be held at a later date. Interment will be held in Philos Cemetery.
