Deborah Sue (Ferguson) Gomes
KEYSER, WV – Deborah Sue (Ferguson) Gomes, 63, of Keyser, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024 at her residence.
Born on February 27, 1961 in Charleston, South Carolina she was the daughter of Sandra K. (Cooper) Kuklock and the late Daniel “Danny” Ferguson.
Deborah was a devoted and loving homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She served in the United States Army and was a faithful member of the Church of God. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Left to cherish in her memory in addition to her mother, Sandra of Glenwood, MN are her life partner, Kenneth Mason; her beloved sons, Dustin T. Skinner and Jonathan Mason both of Keyser; brothers, Kevin A. Kuklock of Cedar, MN and Christopher L. Kuklock of Killeen, TX; her sisters, Diana Conn of St. Albans, WV; Paula Clark of Man, WV and Patricia Ross of Valdosta, GA; uncle, Tommy Ferguson of NC and aunt, Susan Griton of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by her nieces, Krisalyn J. Kuklock of McKinney, TX and Candace Conn of Newark, NJ; her nephews, Andrew M. Kuklock of San Diego, CA; Ryan Ferguson of Winston-Salem, NC and Keith Jr Ross of Valdosta, GA and great-nephew, Dominick Conn of Keyser.
Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 6:00 – 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the funeral home at 1:00pm with Reverend Wayne Gosnell officiating. Interment following the funeral service in Potomac Memorial Gardens with full military honors being accorded by the National Army Honor Guard and Keyser America Legion Honor Guard.
