Cheryl Lynn Jose
KEYSER, WV - Cheryl Lynn Jose, 62, of Keyser, died on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born on April 5, 1959 in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Bernie F. Adkins, Sr. and Zilphia N. “Betty” (Hall) Adkins. She is also preceded in death by her half-brother, Oscar H. Clark.
Cheryl graduated from Keyser High School, Class of 1977 and attended both Potomac State College and Allegany College. She was homemaker and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Surviving are her companion, Terry Shipe; her three children, Anthony Haywood, Jr. and wife Brittany, Christin “Chrissy” (Haywood) Clark and husband Keith and Cody Jose and her brother, Bernie F. Adkins, Jr and wife Connie. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Gracie Clark, Brynlee Clark, Brooklyn Saville, Briggs Haywood and Carter Haywood.
Friends will be received on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Markwood Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Jody Bean officiating. Interment will be held in Potomac Memorial Gardens.
