Betty Lee Rawlings

     Keyser, Betty Lee Rawlings, 83, of Keyser, WV passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Moran Manor in Westernport, MD. 

     Born December 18, 1941 in Keyser, she was the daughter of the late Ernest L. Wertman and Thelma M. Dolly.  Betty was also preceded in death by her husband William Marshall Rawlings and  two children, Todd and Ricky Rawlings.

     Betty was a retired licensed practical nurse at Heartland of Keyser and a Christian by faith.

     Left to cherish her memories are her children: Kim Staggs (Allen), Robbie Rawlings (Margie), Tonya Mayhew (Rodney), Teresa Hines, and Rena Rawlings; her Grandchildren: Jeremy Staggs, Justin Staggs (Caitlyn), Amanda Staggs, Josiah Rawlings (Kaitlin), Abigail Lancaster (Tyler), Hannah Rawlings, Matthew Mayhew, Brittney Moreland (Eric), Alexis Millhouse (Cooper), Ricky Rawlings, Brett Rawlings (Claire), Logan Rawlings (Lauren), Tanner Hines, Joslyn Hines, Jackson Hines, and Ashlyn Hines and Great-grandchildren: Allison Staggs, Andrew Staggs, Ben Staggs, Laura Staggs, Connor Staggs, Peighton Lancaster, Brooks Lancaster, Kenny Rawlings, Kaiya Rawlings, Maren Rawlings, Walker Moreland, Maggie Moreland, Emma Moreland, Beckham Millhouse, Bear Millhouse, and Kennedy Millhouse. Betty is also survived by her sisters, Pat Kesecker, Mary Tabler (Don), and Sandy Canfield and her sister-in-Law, Louise Sidley.

     A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Duling Cemetery in New Creek, WV at 1:00PM with Pastor Randy Crowe officiating.

     In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions can be made  to the KHS Athletic Association, 1 Tornado Way, Keyser, WV 26726.  Family and relatives are welcome to attend the service.
