Anne Marie (Shingleton) Alsoleibi

     Leesburg, VA - Anne Marie (Shingleton) Alsoleibi, 56, of Leesburg, VA, passed away Monday, January 9, 2023 at Inova Loudoun Hospital.

     Born on November 29, 1966 in Romney, WV, she was the daughter of the late Blakely V. and Jeanne M. (Keplinger) Shingleton. She is also preceded in death by her brother, the late Jon B. Shingleton.

     Anne graduated from Keyser High School, Class of 1985, and earned her AA degree at Potomac State College of WVU.  She worked as a Spectrum Business Analyst for T- Moblie, and, had her Real Estate License.  She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

     Surviving are her loving husband Khaled Alsoleibi; her two children, Omar B. Alsoleibi and Laila J. Alsoleibi; brother, Mike Shingleton of Elkins, sister, Nancy Shingleton of Romney; and her aunts, Jo Anne Keplinger of Keyser, and Mary Lynn Clower and her husband Ralph, of Romney, and, the family cat "Clover".

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Anne Marie Alsoleibi to the Mineral County Humane Society, c/o Joyce Fertig, 851 Cut Off Road, Keyser, WV 26726.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.

 Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm with Reverend Beth Jacobson officiating.  Private Interment held in Potomac Memorial Gardens.
