Many friends, former 4-H leaders, and club members share your grief. I first met Francis in 1975; she was a supportive 4-H leader, teaching camp craft, assisting with the 4-H Fair food sales. She was a special friend, sharing a smile and a willingness to serve, especially her neighbor, friend and 4-H leader Jackie Hare. Francis will be missed. I feel fortunate to have known her.

Frances and I worked at the Telephone Company in Cumberland together as Telephone Operators. She was a delight to work with, always had a smile on her face. On her breaks she would be crocheting and with good conversation. I will always remember that wonderful lady and friend. God Bless her wonderful Family.

I got to know Frances when I was a resident at Piney Valley. I also graduated with Sharon. I am so very sorry to see this and want her family and friends to know they are in my prayers.
