Barbara A. Kauffman
WESTERNPORT, MD – Barbara Anne Kauffman, 72, of McCoole, died on Thursday, July 8, 2010, at her residence.
Born on August 2, 1937 in Jefferson City, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late
Lawrence and Kathryn (Schrimpf) Kauffman.
Ms. Kauffman was a retired clerk in the Lottery Department of the State of Missouri and was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport.
Surviving are her two sisters, Doris Tetrick and husband James of Keyser and Mary Lou Coy and husband Perry of Jefferson City, MO; three nieces Terri Morris, Jane Placka, and Kathy Taylor and three nephews, Michael Tetrick, Larry Holmes and Tommy Holmes. She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece.
At Ms. Kauffman’s request, her body will be cremated and there will be no public viewing or visitation. A private service and inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
