He was a wonderful teacher. I enjoyed his math class in 5th grade and learned a lot from him as a teacher!

When I was graduated from WVU and moved to this area to accept a position with the local school system, Mr. Reel was teaching at Keyser Elementary School. I especially remember seeing him every morning as he served as the crossing guard at the elementary school. He always had a smile and a cheerful, positive word for each of the students as they arrived for school. I am a volunteer at Heartland of Keyser and I was able to visit with Mr. Reel when he was a resident there. Even in failing health, he was still so pleasant and was always a gentleman. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
